Greenhaus and O'Sullivan Join EPIC LI Board PDF Print E-mail

EPIC Long Island (formerly the Epilepsy Foundation of Long Island) welcomes David S. Greenhaus and Peter O’Sullivan as new members of its Board of Directors.

David S. Greenhaus is a Partner in the Long Island, New York office of Jackson Lewis LLP, where he concentrates his practice on employment litigation, defending employers in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies and arbitration panels in litigation related to employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, wage-hour and related tort and contract claims.

A graduate of the University of Florida at Gainesville (B.A. 1995) and the Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1998), Greenhaus also litigates claims for breach of noncompetition agreements, theft of trade secrets and breach of fiduciary duties. His practice includes drafting and counseling employers with respect to individual employment agreements, restrictive covenants and related agreements.

Peter O’Sullivan has been a senior credit portfolio management and risk management executive in the financial services for the past 26 years. He is currently a Partner with PremieRe Holdings LLC, an insurance company focused on underwriting insurable exposures having embedded financial risks.  Previously, Mr. O’Sullivan served as Regional Head of the Portfolio Restructuring Unit for Commezbank New York and was also Global Head of Credit Portfolio Management for Dresdner Kleinwort, based in London.
