Nonprofits Fret Over Nyack Funding Plan

First-year Mayor Richard Kavesh plans to review Nyack's discretionary spending. In his preliminary budget, Kavesh has not included any funding for the Nyack Center and Rockland County YMCA, which fall under that category. See more in the Journal News.
