The halls of SCO Family of Services’ Tyree Learning Center became a little brighter since Splashes of Hope painted an underwater themed mural at the school. They used their artistry to provide playful, comforting scenes that the students will be able to enjoy for years to come. Stephanie Condra, Megan Seal and Allie Caminiti were the artists who brought this beautiful mural to life.
The Tyree Learning Center is a New York State approved special education school that serves 73 children and adolescents with multiple disabilities who reside at St. Christopher’s Home in Sea Cliff. The new school building, which opened just last year, was designed specifically to accommodate the children’s needs. The Tyree Learning Center enhances the quality of the students’ lives by helping them achieve their highest level of independence.
Splashes of Hope has been bringing smiles and joy to thousands of children and their families for over a decade. Their artists brighten the walls of hospitals, schools, doctor’s offices, healthcare and social service facilities all across the country. Their goal is to paint comforting scenes for patients and clients. One mural after another, Splashes of Hope makes a difference in the children’s lives wherever they go.
