|Funding Opportunity for Juvenile Justice Services|

The A.D. Philanthropic Fund, a local foundation, is interested in funding one or more community based agencies that uses best practices in an effort to keep at risk teens from entering or re-entering the NYC juvenile justice system. The successful grantee must indicate for whom and under what conditions their service works. Both the intervention strategy and the outcomes it should produce must be fully described. Application should be no more than 8-10 pages and must include a description of an agency’s previous work with both the population and the service delivery approach being proposed. A budget describing how the award will be used must be included. Anticipate funding at the $25,000-75,000 per year with possible annual renewal. Funding to commence in the fall of 2012.
